Ingredients:
For Marinating the Chicken:
- 500 grams of chicken pieces

- 2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
- Whole spices: 2-3 cloves, 2-3 green cardamom pods, 1-inch cinnamon stick, 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt, to taste
- A pinch of saffron strands soaked in 2 tablespoons of warm milk (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. This helps the chicken become tender and flavorful.
